VELYNE is a technology company registered in Colombia. We operate digital products under the names VELYNE, Sporty, Finper, and Vyra.

You may browse, read content, and submit forms. You may not:

• Attempt to compromise the security of the site or its users.
• Reverse engineer, mass scrape, or use automated bots without authorization.
• Impersonate others or submit fraudulent content.
• Use the site for illegal activities or that infringe third-party rights.

All site content — brand, logos, texts, code, design, images — belongs to VELYNE or its licensors. It is protected by applicable IP laws.

You may quote excerpts with clear attribution and link to the source. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute content without written authorization.

Some products are in development or waitlist. Published descriptions are provisional and may change. They do not constitute contractual commitment until you sign a formal agreement.

B2B services are governed by individual contracts with each client. These terms do not replace such contracts.

We make reasonable efforts to keep the site available 24/7. But the site may have interruptions due to maintenance, updates, or events beyond our control. We do not guarantee contractual uptime without specific agreement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VELYNE is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, loss of data or use, arising from the use of the site or products.

This does not apply to damages from willful misconduct, fraud, or when the law does not allow limitation.

We may update these terms. The last-updated date appears at the top. If you continue using the site after a material change, you accept the new version.

These terms are governed by the laws of Colombia. Any dispute will be resolved before the competent courts of Colombia, unless mandatory law in your jurisdiction determines otherwise.
