VELYNE is a technology company registered in Colombia, operating the www.velyne.app domain and the digital products Sporty, Finper and Vyra.

When this policy says "we," it refers to VELYNE. When it says "you," it refers to the person visiting the site or using our products.

We collect the minimum necessary. Three main categories:

• Data you give us: name, email, company, messages you send via forms.
• Automatic technical data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, time on site.
• Anonymized analytics: via Google Analytics 4, PostHog, and Microsoft Clarity, aggregated and not individually identifiable without your consent.

Your data serves three things, nothing more:

• Respond to your contact, demo, press, or talent request.
• Improve the website and our products based on real usage.
• Send you communications you explicitly accepted (newsletter, waitlist, product updates).

We process data under three bases: your explicit consent (forms, newsletter), legitimate interest (anonymized analytics, site security), and legal compliance (accounting, regulatory requirements).

Only with strictly necessary providers. We never sell or rent your data to anyone.

• Resend — transactional email and newsletter delivery.
• PostHog, Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity — anonymized analytics.
• Railway — infrastructure hosting.
• Future: HubSpot CRM if B2B volume grows.

Under GDPR and equivalent LatAm regulations, you have the right to:

• Access the data we hold about you.
• Rectify incorrect or outdated data.
• Delete your data on request.
• Portability: export your data in readable format.
• Object to processing under legitimate interest.
• Withdraw your consent at any time.

We keep your data only as long as necessary for the declared purposes.

Email lists: until you unsubscribe. Contact form data: up to 2 years after last interaction. Accounting data: per applicable law (5–10 years).

Encryption in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest where applicable. Restricted access to authorized personnel. Periodic audits. We do not store passwords in plaintext. We report breaches within 72 hours if they occur.

This policy may change. When it does, we update the date at the top of the document. Material changes are notified by email to active subscribers.
